 Our daily programming includes a variety of activities designed to support social, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Activities may include:

Participation is encouraged but always based on individual comfort and ability.

 Yes. We provide person-centered support for individuals living with memory loss. Our staff use consistent routines, structured activities, and a calm, supportive approach to promote comfort and engagement.

 Sereni Day Adult Day Program provides non-residential adult day care services. We do not provide 24-hour care or replace medical treatment. Our services are designed to support daily well-being and supervision during daytime hours.

 Transportation is available in surrounding Hartford, Bloomfield, and Windsor areas, based on scheduling and eligibility. Transportation details are discussed during the enrollment process.

 Enrollment begins with a conversation with our team to learn more about your loved one’s needs. This is followed by an assessment, completion of required forms, and confirmation that our program is an appropriate fit.

 Yes. We encourage families and caregivers to schedule a tour, meet our team, and learn more about our program before enrolling.

 Participant safety is a top priority. We maintain continuous supervision, follow established safety procedures, and operate in accordance with Connecticut Department of Social Services guidelines.

 Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring any personal items they may need during the day. Specific recommendations will be provided during enrollment.
